This BCBSND Internship will start in January 2026. This is a part-time opportunity (approximately 20 hours per week) with potential for full-time hours during the summer months, depending on business needs and intern availability. We offer flexibility within our core business hours of 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. To support learning and engagement, we encourage interns to schedule at least one full 8-hour day in the office each week. This helps maximize exposure to the team, enhance knowledge retention, and improve task completion.

Pay information

• The estimated pay range for this role is $15.00 - $20.00 / hour. Offers to top candidates are based on various factors such as previous experience and level of education completed.

A day in the life

We're looking for an intern that can bring fresh perspectives, new ideas, and approaches, while fostering innovation and creative problem-solving!

The Intern position is a formal training / development position with specific responsibilities within a defined functional area. Each intern has an individual work plan outlining specific duties and projects for the duration of the internship as well as overall goals for the internship period. A designated mentor will provide supervision, guidance and support.
