This Position Can Sit 100% remotely

What You'll Do

As a NOC Technician, you'll be on the front lines of our 24 / 7 operations, monitoring and managing our Wireless Radio Access Network (RAN) and Core Transport Network. Your mission : ensure maximum uptime, rapid response to outages, and seamless service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor network performance and respond to alarms and outages in real-time.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues, escalating when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to restore service quickly and efficiently.
Mentor and train junior technicians, using real-world events as learning opportunities.
Document incidents, generate reports, and communicate status updates to leadership.
Participate in disaster recovery efforts and emergency response protocols.

What You Bring

Experience : 1+ year in a telecommunications or network operations environment.

Education : Associate's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Certifications : CCNA preferred but not required. Or equivalent knowledge of the OSI model and network troubleshooting is preferred.

Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with Windows, and network monitoring tools.

Mindset : Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
