Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a compassionate Home Health RN for a travel contract in The Villages, FL. This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in providing direct care in patient homes, while maintaining compliance with OASIS and HCHB requirements. The role offers autonomy in the field and the opportunity to make meaningful connections with patients.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct home health visits for admissions, routine care, and discharges

Document all patient care using OASIS and Homecare Homebase

Provide direct nursing care including wound care, injections, and chronic disease management

Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and preventive care

Collaborate with physicians and case managers to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Florida

At least 2 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in home health

Required : OASIS and Homecare Homebase experience

Current BLS certification

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and proof of auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
