Job Description

Title : Inventory Control Coordinator

Contract : 4 Months

Core Responsibilities

  • Research & analyze inventory and CCV (cycle count variances).
  • Conduct deep dives into monthly inventory and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide data-driven insights to operators and food leadership.
  • Support inventory control, supply chain forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain EATEC system (inventory / ordering software) and train staff.
  • Oversee mobile food / drink ordering platforms.
  • Assist with new product rollouts (menus, recipes, job builds).
  • Perform financial tasks (COGS review, journal entries, reclassing, revenue recognition).
  • Partner with sourcing / warehouse teams for supply chain planning.
  • Manage field improvement projects (process optimization, equipment evaluation).
  • Provide weekly performance analytics with recommendations.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and support operational execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business Management (or similar).
  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory, coordination, or finance roles.

    • Skills

  • Strong Excel and analytical ability.
  • Experience in inventory management & variance analysis.
  • Some finance background (COGS, journal entries, revenue recognition).
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration.
