Job Description

As the General Supervisor - Forsell Line, you will oversee all production activities across the modular unit assembly activities at our manufacturing facility in Tracy, CA. You will lead the Forsell Line team, which includes overseeing the assembly, Flooring, / HVAC, drywall finish (tape, Mud & Painting), Electrical, and Finish departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each production phase on the Forsell line is executed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications.

You will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing and serve as a primary leadership point for day-to-day assembly line operations.

Production Leadership :

• Lead all activities across the Forsell Lines
• Ensure that supervisors keep the traveler fully updated after work content is completed.
• Utilizes company dashboards to track the completion percentage of the modules and ensure production outputs are achieved
• Make certain that all sub-assemblies comply with our quality standards and are free of defects.
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve production challenges and refine workflows
• Provide support to the design, engineering, project management, and other teams for incoming project
• Participate in process standardization and documentation efforts

The Salary Range for this position is $90,000 - $110,00 annually based on experience and qualifications. We also off the following benefits :
