Key Responsibilities
Communicate order and return status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Process incoming orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch
Collaborate with operations and finance teams on various issues related to orders and returns
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center setting
Experience in email handling and order entry in a high-volume environment
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bachelor's Degree preferred
NetSuite and Salesforce experience is a plus
