California Licensed Legal Nurse Consultant

A company is looking for a Legal Nurse Consultant to assist attorneys with healthcare-related legal cases.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze medical records to support legal cases

Educate attorneys and clients on medical matters related to cases

Coordinate and manage medical-legal matters, including case evaluations and summaries

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Legal Nurse Consultant certification (LNCC preferred)

3-5 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in ICU and ER

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience

Proficient in legal matters, with Tort and Personal Injury experience preferred
