Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global social media strategy for growth and monetization

Lead a high-performing social media marketing team and oversee day-to-day execution across platforms

Conduct competitor and audience research, audit content performance, and optimize strategies based on insights

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing with a track record of leading teams

Ability to define and track KPIs and make data-informed decisions

Understanding of social dynamics in crypto or media is a plus

Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3

Curious, proactive, and adaptable mindset
