job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report any observations according to site protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while performing security-related duties. Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Proof of high school diploma or GED is required. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an automotive environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your visible presence and routine patrols support a secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Tue 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Fri 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Sat 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Sun 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
What You'll Do
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
