job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMonitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts per facility policy Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders and established policies Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants. Meet with your assigned nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the shift’s services. Make written & oral reports / recommendations concerning the activities of the shift as required. Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required. Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit / shift. Maintain excellent hygiene and safety Provide instant medical care in emergencies Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Ability to work every other weekend Compliant with Public Health qualifications in relation to background Must have proof of Covid-19 vaccination Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures Knowledge of emergency care In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to always follow them A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsible and compassionate Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills Comprehensive benefits Generous paid time off, Medical, dental and vision Short term disability Life insurance and much more.
