Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Duration : 8 weeks 48 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Details : 8 weeks; Night; 48 hr. / wk. Surgical Nursing / Orthopedic Staff RN Education Licensure : Associate’s degree in nursing required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. RN license required. CPR required BLS, ACLS, NIHSS EKG required. 2 years' experience required, 5 years preferred. Travel Experience Required. Responsibilities :

• Pre and Post-Operative Care, i.e., general, bariatric, orthopedic, trauma, neurosurgical, genitourinary, etc.
• Pain Management
• Chest Tube Care / Insertion
• PEG, G-tube, J-tube care
• Traction
• Percutaneous, Sump, Jackson Pratt, or Hemovac drainage care
• Medication Administration
• NIH Stroke Scale
• KODA
• Access Central Lines
• Specialized IV Drips and Titration
• IV Therapy
• IVADD
• Waive Testing
• Transfusion Therapy
