Job Summary

We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Coach or Instructor to join our team! In this role, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. You will also help set up fields and take down. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of kids, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.

Lead structured practices

Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement

Individualize practices to suit each child's abilities

Communicate with parents / guardians

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team

Field set up and breakdown

Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish & English mandatory or any other bilingual languages preferred

Previous experience coaching children / students is preferred

Soccer knowledge preferred

Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents

Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required

Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
