What You'll Do :

As a Restaurant Manager at 4 Rivers Smokehouse, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every aspect of our restaurant runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include :

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service

Leading, training, and motivating a team of passionate staff

Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining health and safety standards

Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues with a positive and professional attitude

Collaborating with the executive team to implement new strategies and initiatives
