Key Responsibilities
Processes orders from referral sources and assesses patient needs
Verifies patient benefits and eligibility, and obtains necessary prior authorizations
Communicates with patients, families, and referral sources regarding financial responsibilities and assistance
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in infusion therapy or related healthcare services
Experience working with healthcare insurance and customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
