Role Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing on the Industrial Manufacturing Solution team (manufacturing, ag / bio-process, and food / beverage industries).
• Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff supporting project detailed design.
• Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations.
• Lead the design of facility power distribution (Power Distribution Panels, Motor Control, Electrical Room Layout) and process electrical distribution (power and control wiring from control panel to equipment and field devices) in a manufacturing or industrial processing environment.
• Support business development, including proposal scope approach and estimating, related to enhanced Electrical services.
• Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers.
• Construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues.
• Coordination with local electrical utilities on project technical needs.
• Review of supplier submittals.
• Act as a liaison between the design team, client and remote design teams for Instrumentation and Control design.
• Startup and testing of major electrical equipment.
• Continuous learning and development of technical expertise / specialty area.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program in the home country or the country of practice. Minimum of 5 years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (which may include : criminal / civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search) in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Salary range : Overland Park, KS $80,000.00-$120,000.00
