Role & Responsibilities :
Seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Lead to drive the execution of mid-to-large scale initiatives across organization. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead multiple scrum teams and manage delivery across complex initiatives.
- Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders (MD / SVP level) to align on priorities and progress.
- Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and QA leads to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-project communication.
- Align with Product Analysts and Managers to define and deliver product roadmaps.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future state technologies
- Support implementation by coordinating with solution integrators and reviewing project artifacts.
- Document and demonstrate new system / software features to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth transition of solutions to Production Operations and Support teams.
- Drive a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
