Join a nationally licensed engineering team designing and delivering complex, high-impact civil site projects for Federal, Municipal, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, and Industrial clients. As a Senior Civil Engineer with a multi-state Professional Engineer (PE) license , you will lead challenging site development projects, mentor talented designers, and drive continuous improvement in design processes, QA / QC standards, and Civil 3D templates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering site development projects, from scope definition to construction support.
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, design calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
- Oversee and mentor civil designers and technicians.
- Review and coordinate geotechnical reports, site surveys, and specifications.
- Represent the company in client meetings, city development hearings, and project review sessions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with codes and standards.
