Matrix Home Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Foam Installation Technician to join our team. As a Spray Foam Installation Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality insulation solutions to our clients. Responsibilities :

Installation : Safely and accurately install spray foam insulation in residential properties according to project specifications and industry standards.

Equipment Operation : Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot spray foam equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Preparation : Prepare work areas by covering surfaces, protecting adjacent areas, and ensuring the proper setup of materials and equipment.

Safety : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and ensure the safety of team members and clients.

Quality Control : Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure that installations meet Matrix Home Solutions' standards and customer expectations.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and any issues encountered during installations.

Customer Interaction : Interact with clients professionally, addressing their questions and concerns while providing exceptional customer service.

Teamwork : Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements : Qualifications :

Experience : Previous experience in spray foam insulation installation is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Certification : Possession of relevant certifications, such as SPFA (Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance) certification, is a plus.

Physical Fitness : Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions, including confined spaces and elevated surfaces.

Safety Conscious : Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols.

Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installations and quality workmanship.

Communication : Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Valid Driver's License : A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
