The Fraud Data Analyst role will function in a highly collaborative, productive, and energizing team dedicated to identifying and resolving various types of post-purchase eCommerce fraud. In this role, youll have the opportunity to apply your skills in data analytics, communication, and critical thinking to investigate and resolve customer claims on behalf of the organization.
Day to Day :
- Retrieve and analyze data in relation to fraud investigations
- Reviewing transaction data for potential fraud
- Assist with ongoing investigation
