We're seeking a Team Lead to join our Small Commercial team, responsible for managing a high-performing group of Small Business professionals while also overseeing a personal book of business totaling $58M in revenue. This role requires a leader who delivers exceptional client service, drives team performance, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly professional, and adaptable to shifting priorities and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Account Managers through regular check-ins, coaching, performance reviews, and constructive feedback.
• Monitor team and individual production, ensuring service quality, trust-building, and client retention / growth.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet client needs and service requirements.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective action, including disciplinary steps and coordination with senior management or training.
