Join a team where you can make a difference! Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager 2 for Adventist Health Glendale Medical Center, located in Glendale, California. Adventist Health Glendale is a 515-bed campus with 4 buildings. This position will managing a total group of 105. The manager will manage Environmental Services and Linen Distribution for this opportunity working 2nd shift, with some weekends and holidays. This position will report to an operations manager on-site.

What You'll Do

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
• Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• Tasked with scheduling and using Kronos for payroll
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
