Description / Other Details :

We have an urgent requirement for a Hematology Oncologist near West Chester, PA, starting from 3 / 30 / 23. The assignment is expected to span the months of April, May, and June, with the possibility of extension based on demand. We are actively seeking a dedicated professional interested in evening and weekend call responsibilities.

Schedule Details :

  • Clinic / Hospital Hours : 8 am - 5 pm
  • Clinic / Hospital Days : Monday - Friday
  • Call Night / Weekend : Yes

    • Number of phone Consults : 0

  • Call Days : Rotates approximately 3-5 days per month (Inpatient, with all other time dedicated to outpatient)
  • Call Start Time : 4 pm (Fellow takes first call)
  • Call End Time : 8 am (Following day; Schedule : 8 am - 5 pm M-F, with days off after call)

    • Patient Details :

  • Number of patients seen per day in clinic : 15-17
  • Support Staff : APP, RN, MA
  • Average Number of Admissions per shift : There is a dedicated Inpatient team
  • Age of patients : 18-99
  • Reason For Need : Multiple open provider positions
