What You'll Do

As a Service Dispatcher, you'll be the go-to connection between our customers, technicians, and vendors. You'll handle :

• Dispatching technicians for national and house accounts
• Monitoring preventive maintenance schedules
• Preparing quotes, proposals, and contract documents
• Communicating directly with customers to keep jobs on track
• Entering and tracking service call details in our ERP system
• Providing weekly job reports to the Division Manager
• Helping with emergency dispatch coverage on a rotating basis
