Senior HPC Performance Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior HPC Performance Engineer - AI for Science at Scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement computationally performant features for large scale, CUDA-backed ML training frameworks

Optimize computational performance of various ML models through hardware and software enhancements

Develop and maintain HPC software stack for generative machine learning models and collaborate with multiple teams

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics

8+ years of relevant experience in performance engineering and software design

Deep understanding of parallel programming in C++, Python, and ideally CUDA

Fluent in modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow

Experience with HPC solutions for research problems in biology, chemistry, or material science
