Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and oversee solution implementation to generate project results.
  • Lead project workstreams and communicate with clients regularly to ensure engagement success.
  • Support operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and internal executives.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, ensuring quality deliverables.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years in banking or financial services consulting.
  • Experience in operational risk, banking compliance, or risk assessments.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
  • Proven leadership in client service delivery.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Management consulting experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP.
  • Advanced degrees like MBA or MS.

    • Compensation & Benefits

    Annual salary range : $98,000 - $163,000, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, bonuses, retirement plans, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, and more.
