Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and adjust strategies as needed. Proven experience in high-volume recruiting. Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applications and candidate pipelines. Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent organizational, communication, and interviewing skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bilingual in Spanish
