Emergency Department Registration Supervisor

The Emergency Department (ED) Registration Supervisor is responsible for assisting with planning, directing, organizing, monitoring and staffing in ED and Switchboard functions of Bozeman Health services subject to policies, budgets, objectives, and directives mandated by regulatory agencies, DNV, and the hospital administrative team. This position is responsible for ensuring a collaborative departmental approach to long-range strategic operational planning, care and service design and development of organizational policies, which reflect the mission of the organization. The role coordinates emergency and direct admissions processes, facilitates point-of-service collections, and ensures timely and accurate patient data entry. The Supervisor supports standardized workflows, including EMS coordination and unidentified patient protocols, and collaborates with departments across the organization to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory compliance. This position plays a critical role in monitoring registration-related performance indicators and driving improvements in operational effectiveness and service excellence.

Qualifications : Required :

• Associate's degree in healthcare, business, human resources, or related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Three (3) years of experience in healthcare billing, customer service, patient access, or clinical clerical coordination.
