Job Description
Assistant Colorist, Hair Color Bar. This position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus for newly hired employees in select locations. The sign-on bonus is paid in two installments after 30 days and 90 days of active employment, contingent on being actively employed at the time of each payment.
The Assistant Colorist supports Licensed Colorists and the Shift Lead to deliver guest services, including consultations, color care guidance, and assistance during services. The role emphasizes client service, color theory learning, and developing behind-the-chair skills to prepare for promotion to a Licensed Colorist in 3–9 months. The position may be full or part-time depending on business needs.
