• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n\n
• Must have at least 36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.\n\n
• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.\n\n
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.\n\nRequirements : \n\n
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).\n\n
• This role will require floating to multiple units\n\n
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living 60 miles from facility will be processed as local.\n\n
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.\n\n
• 12 months between Staff at Program : Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program\n\nPre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.\n\nAdditional Details : \n\nRequired Skills / Experience : 2yrs. Of continuous micu experience required - must be able to read tele strips. Years of Experience Required : 3+ years of general ICU experience required. 2+ years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU. Telemetry competency required.\n\nShift & Scheduling : Day Rotate and EOW / All Day positions are "Day Rotate." Day rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a) shifts when needed.\n\nFloating Requirements : mostly Medical / Surgical Units, could be up to 4 or 5 patients\n\n7 days maximum time off\n\n1 reference from last 2 years (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission\n\n1 reference from last 2 years (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission\n\nProof of identification required\n\nCertifications : \n\n
