10-4 Logistics USA seeks reliable, safety‑focused Class A drivers to operate dry van, no‑touch drop‑and‑hook freight east of I‑35. This opportunity offers competitive pay, a sign‑on bonus, full benefits, late‑model equipment, and predictable home time.

  • Compensation : $75,000 – $85,000 per year. Sign‑on bonus : $1,000. Additional pay available for detention, layover, and extra stops.
  • Home time : Bi‑weekly for 48 hours.
  • Area of operation : East of I‑35.
  • Freight type : Dry van, 100% no‑touch drop‑and‑hook operations.
  • Equipment : Late‑model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors, fully equipped.
  • Benefits : Full benefits package.

Primary responsibilities

  • Operate Class A commercial motor vehicle safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Perform drop‑and‑hook, no‑touch dry van deliveries according to account instructions and schedule.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; promptly report vehicle defects or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate logs and required documentation, including ELD usage as applicable.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or operational issues.
  • Adhere to hours‑of‑service rules and company safety standards at all times.

    • Minimum requirements

  • Age : 21 years or older.
  • License : Valid CDL‑A.
  • Experience : Minimum 3 months of solo tractor‑trailer driving experience within the last 12 months. (Time spent training or driving with a mentor does not satisfy this requirement.)
  • Drug testing : Ability to pass DOT drug screening.
  • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers.

  • Previous experience on regional or dedicated dry‑van routes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe driving, punctuality, and professional customer service.
