• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered telemetry nursing care during night shifts (7 : 00 PM 7 : 30 AM)\n
• Observe and monitor cardiac telemetry patients, recognizing and responding to changes in condition\n
• Utilize the Epic electronic health record system for accurate documentation and communication\n
• Participate in floating assignments to other units within Prisma Health, ensuring care continuity and competence\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n\nSchedule / Hours\n
• Night shift, 4 shifts per week\n
• 12-hour shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM\n
