Escalation Project Engineer

A company is looking for an Escalation / Project Engineer - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the senior level technician for escalated technical support issues

Mentor and train internal staff on complex technical support solutions

Lead and manage cloud migration projects in collaboration with the field engineering team

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a technical environment or managed service provider

Desired certifications in MS 365, Windows Server, and SonicWall

Strong experience with MS 365, Exchange server, OneDrive, Azure, and on-prem Exchange

Advanced understanding of networking concepts, virtualization, and firewalls

Ability to manage escalated tickets while balancing project-based work
