Commitment of 1 weekend a month minimum. May include day shift occasionally for PTO coverage. Weekend and holiday requirements. Per department needs.Summary :The technologist is responsible for performing all MRI / MRA procedures including those utilizing injected contrast agents. The technologist selects proper technical factors and coils. The technologist must show independent judgment when performing procedures and when addressing difficult or unusual situations. The technologist is responsible for evaluating images for technical quality. Major Responsibilities :Perform all MRI / MRA proceduresUtilize hospital EMR and Radiology PACS with accuracyAssesses patients to determine ability to undergo ordered procedureAccept additional assignments and tasksProvide MRI co PD position to include on call duties, evenings, Mon thru Frid 1730-2400, Weekends 0700-2400. Commitment of 1 weekend a month minimum. May include day shift occasionally for PTO coverage.
