Salary : $85,000.00 + (Depending on Experience)

Job Description

At ProForce, we are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills to design, automate, and maintain reporting workflows -primarily using Sigma Computing. The ideal candidate will take ownership of data reliability and reporting efficiency, ensuring leadership and field teams receive timely, accurate insights that drive business execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize Sigma Computing workflows that facilitate data collection and reporting
• Develop self-service dashboards and operational reports using Sigma Computing and Looker.
• Partner with data engineering and business stakeholders to improve data models, KPI definitions, and reporting logic.
• Provide on-call support for investigating and resolving data or reporting issues at least two weekends per month.
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies; coordinate with vendors or internal teams to ensure data integrity.
• Present insights and operational findings clearly to leadership and department heads.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the data reporting environment -streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and improving visibility across departments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
