A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Associate (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the clinical support inbox and respond to inquiries from internal teams, providers, and patients
Interpret and apply clinical knowledge to complex scenarios involving care delivery, documentation standards, and ethical considerations
Maintain timely responses and serve as a knowledgeable resource for clinical quality issues across the organization
Required Qualifications
3+ years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, social work, or a closely related field
Active therapy license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) or a previously active license with recent clinical experience
Working knowledge of clinical best practices, CPT codes, and documentation requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills
