What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead ongoing facility activities and oversee vendors to ensure operational integrity and reliability
  • Establish and maintain a safety-first culture by promoting safe work practices and timely training completion
  • Manage and coordinate efforts of the property team, including vendors and contractors
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP)
  • Utilize data to develop trends and insights for continuous improvement in site performance

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 5-7 years of experience in facilities or trades preferred
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
  • Experience with CMMS / work order platforms
  • Familiarity with HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical processes and troubleshooting
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
