What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead ongoing facility activities and oversee vendors to ensure operational integrity and reliabilityEstablish and maintain a safety-first culture by promoting safe work practices and timely training completionManage and coordinate efforts of the property team, including vendors and contractorsDevelop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP)Utilize data to develop trends and insights for continuous improvement in site performanceWhat is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in facilities or trades preferredAbility to maintain professionalism under stressful situationsExperience with CMMS / work order platformsFamiliarity with HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical processes and troubleshootingStrong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
