Senior Partner Solutions Manager

As the Senior Partner Solutions Manager, you will work with a Partner Solutions Director to creative excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth for internal accounts. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to strategic planning, oversee creative initiatives, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality creative work while fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Partnership : Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships and ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Creative Leadership : Champion creative vision and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and exceed expectations.
  • Team Support and Mentorship : Guide and support the creative team in delivering innovative and impactful work, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Project Oversight : Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, and escalating challenges to the Director as needed.
  • Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with the Director to develop and implement account plans that align with business priorities.
  • Campaign and Content Development : Collaborate with field and brand marketing teams to develop creative campaigns and marketing content that drive results.
  • Operational Support : Streamline processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and consistency.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Performance Reporting : Support the preparation of performance reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving : Approach challenges with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset to ensure client needs are met.

What You'll Bring :

  • Creative Expertise : Strong creative judgment with a proven ability to deliver innovative and impactful work.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to align creative approaches with broader business goals and client priorities.
  • Project Management Skills : Experience managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

  • Attention to Detail : A meticulous approach to quality control for both digital and print materials.
  • Industry Experience : 5-7 years in a creative or marketing leadership role, with experience in real estate or a regulated industry preferred.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving : Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges and ensuring successful outcomes.
