Skills and Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining Bid Tracker
- Reviewing plans and bid documents
- Assisting sales team in design discussions and attending customer meetings
- Preparing system solutions with accurate estimates and scopes of work
- Calculating job profitability
- Developing prospects and leads
- Creating weekly reports for internal and external use
- Providing overall financial responsibility for projects
- Take-offs
- Assisting installation, service, and inspection of systems
- Other items as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of work experience in preconstruction or similar role strongly preferredExperience working in a construction environment preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat organizational skillsAbility to run multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong computer skills (MS OFFICE, Blue Beam)Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and scenariosAbility and willingness to travel as neededDriving and operating vehicles and other machineryOperate power tools and equipmentLifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.Climbing and working on ladders, scaffolds, and other elevated work surfaces, including frequent use of stairsValid driver’s licenseLocation : Georgia
