Director of Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the vision and roadmap for core platform solutions

Deliver scalable, secure communication and identity frameworks

Mentor senior engineers and represent Platform Engineering in leadership meetings

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on platform-level solutions

Deep expertise in developer productivity frameworks and modern front-end frameworks

Robust expertise in cloud infrastructure, APIs, and event-driven systems

Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and influence engineering organizations

Experience managing senior engineers in cross-functional environments
