We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in maintaining a unique commercial facility located within a cave environment. This role involves a wide range of hands-on responsibilities supporting of general building operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks (carpentry, drywall, etc.)
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and functional work environment across facility zones
• Support occasional equipment moves and physical labor when needed
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors or outside technicians as required
• Conduct regular inspections of facility areas to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs
• Repair and maintain lighting systems, outlets, switches, and low-voltage components
• Install and repair fixtures, shelving, signage, or minor equipment as needed
• Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies
