This isn't your typical sales job. Our Balanced Sales Model is designed to let you focus 100% on what you do best : finding, building, and winning new business.

  • No more juggling admin work, inbound inquiries, or RFP logistics - you'll be fully supported by a Sales VA, Inquiry Closer, and Revenue team.
  • You'll be Pathfinder's face in the market - connecting with businesses, attending events, and telling the Platinum Service story everywhere you go.

    • What You'll Do

  • Drive outbound prospecting across corporate and transient group segments.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and nurture relationships that convert.
  • Develop tailored proposals that highlight Pathfinder's value through storytelling, testimonials, and our signature Dare-to-Compare insights.
  • Represent Pathfinder at networking events, chamber gatherings, and community engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Manager and Inquiry Closer to ensure seamless handoffs and aligned quoting.
