Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) - Women's Health

Location : Haines City, FL

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Status : Full-Time

Reports To : Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Position Summary :

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, have a passion for women's health, and possess the flexibility to rotate among multiple clinic sites. This position qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and may include up to $75,000 in student loan repayment for a two-year commitment.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Compensation : Up to $120,000 based on experience
  • New Grad Compensation : $90,000 starting with a $5,000 Increase at 6 months
  • NHSC Program : Up to $75,000 for a two-year commitment
  • PSLF Eligibility : Forgiveness after 120 qualifying monthly payments
  • Relocation Assistance : $1,000 (in-state) or $3,000 (out-of-state)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy plans (eligible after 90 days)

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited APRN
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing NP or CNM (3+ years preferred)
  • Clear and active Florida APRN license (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • National certification (ANCC and / or AANP)
  • BLS certification
  • Eligible for malpractice insurability
  • Strong computer and EMR literacy
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team-based setting

    • Responsibilities and Performance Expectations :

  • Deliver comprehensive women's health services in an outpatient setting
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Review lab, imaging, and diagnostic reports; document findings and ensure follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records using SOAP note format
  • Ensure proper coding and billing practices aligned with documented care
  • Provide patient education and health counseling
  • Facilitate appropriate referrals in coordination with nurses and referral clerks
  • Precept medical students as assigned
  • Participate in outreach, off-site programs, and health collaboratives
  • Assist in clinical supply / equipment recommendations
  • Uphold standards of universal precautions and OSHA requirements
  • Participate in weekend or off-hours coverage as assigned
  • Demonstrate professionalism and support within the medical team
