Responsibilities : \n \n
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedures and assist in problem-solving during operations.\nVerify and prepare all supplies, instruments, and equipment, ensuring they are sterile, functional, and ready for use.\nAnticipate the needs of surgeons to contribute to efficient and smooth surgical workflows.\nAccurately track medications, sharps, instruments, and sponges to maintain safety and compliance.\nMaintain and monitor the sterile field throughout surgical procedures, recognizing and correcting any breaches in technique.\nSet up the sterile field promptly with necessary instruments and supplies.\nEnsure all surgical instruments and equipment are assembled correctly, cleaned, sterilized, and in optimal condition.\nMonitor and document supplies to ensure accurate patient billing and inventory management.\n\n\n
What You Bring : \n \n
Proven experience as a Surgical Technologist in an operating room environment.\nStrong understanding of sterile technique, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.\nExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate team needs.\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical setting while maintaining patient safety and sterility standards.\nGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with surgical teams.\n\n\n
Preferred Education & Experience :

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.\nPrevious experience in a hospital OR setting preferred.\nFamiliarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and inventory management.\n\n\n

Shifts : 5 days per week, scheduled from 6 : 45 AM to 3 : 15 PM, with a 32-hour weekly guarantee.\nWeekly Pay : Approximately $1,415.21 before taxes and deductions.\nWeekly Stipend : $704.85 to supplement weekly earnings.\nAssignment Duration : Through December 29, 2025, offering long-term stability.\n\n\n
