As Assistant Station Leader, you'll be in the actionleading from the front to ensure smooth, efficient operations. You'll work alongside drivers and dispatchers, problem-solving in real time and ensuring airline crews get where they need to be, on time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead by Example : Be a visible, hands-on leader, setting the standard for service and accountability.
- Run Daily Operations : Manage schedules, dispatching, and logistics to keep transportation seamless.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance : Enforce all safety protocols and maintain regulatory standards.
- Optimize Performance : Track KPIs, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Develop Your Team : Recruit, train, and coach employees to excel in their roles.
- Deliver Exceptional Service : Foster strong airline relationships and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- "Player-Coach" Role : Expect to be actively involved, including driving 2030% of the time.
What We're Looking For :
23 years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field preferred.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.Proven ability to manage schedules, analyze reports, and build relationships.Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.Valid driver's license (meeting company insurance requirements).Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.Why Join Us?
