As Assistant Station Leader, you'll be in the actionleading from the front to ensure smooth, efficient operations. You'll work alongside drivers and dispatchers, problem-solving in real time and ensuring airline crews get where they need to be, on time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead by Example : Be a visible, hands-on leader, setting the standard for service and accountability.
• Run Daily Operations : Manage schedules, dispatching, and logistics to keep transportation seamless.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance : Enforce all safety protocols and maintain regulatory standards.
• Optimize Performance : Track KPIs, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Develop Your Team : Recruit, train, and coach employees to excel in their roles.
• Deliver Exceptional Service : Foster strong airline relationships and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• "Player-Coach" Role : Expect to be actively involved, including driving 2030% of the time.
