We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate who is not only experienced in family law but also energized by legal innovation and committed to shaping the future of the field.

Position Summary :

This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who thrives in leadership, enjoys mentoring others, and is excited to engage with complex and evolving legal challenges. The Senior Associate will lead high-impact cases, contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, and have the opportunity to take on work in cutting-edge areas such as fertility law, LGBTQ+ family issues, and international family law.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and property division.
• Handle complex, high-conflict, or novel issues including assisted reproduction, parentage, and asset tracing.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with exceptional attention to detail.
• Lead hearings, mediations, and trials while providing strategic counsel to clients at every stage.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates, paralegals, and interns.
• Contribute to firm-wide thought leadership through writing, speaking, or CLE participation in emerging areas of family law.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to shape internal processes, practice development, and client services.
