Who we are looking for / Requirements :
Required Skills / Experience :
- 6+ years of experience in software development with a focus on building and leading teams that develop high-scale, enterprise-level applications.
- Proven leadership of software development teams (ideally 5+ developers), with mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decision experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with iOS native application development, demonstrating expertise in Swift and SwiftUI.
- Specific, detailed examples of projects and technologies used, with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the MVVM architecture. Demonstrated application of MVVM in real projects.
- Experience with Combine is essential. Evidence of hands-on experience with Combine in production applications.
- Familiarity with UIKit due to ongoing migration efforts. Clear examples of work involving UIKit.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of at least five developers.
- Experience balancing team leadership with hands-on coding and project delivery.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience / certification.
- LinkedIn or other professional profile to validate experience and career history.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing :
Technical Leadership : Act as a hands-on technical lead, splitting time between 60% collaboration and 30-40% hands-on coding to guide the team without being a bottleneck.Mentorship and Guidance : Unblock developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure the team upholds high standards for code quality, test coverage, and minimizing technical debt.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with the Product Owner on backlog grooming and roadmap planning. Collaborate with the Platform Team on best practices and with the UX team on implementation feasibility.Prioritization : Effectively manage and prioritize incoming tasks from various stakeholders to ensure key initiatives are addressed.Innovation : Participate in IP (Innovation & Planning) sprints to explore new technologies, tools, and ideas that improve development efficiency and app performance.Team & Culture : Contribute to a positive team culture, help foster career growth, and represent the team's work in demos and presentations.Perks of working with us / What we offer :
