As we continue to grow, we're looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Service Manager to lead and strengthen our service department.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Service Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of service operations. This role involves managing service calls, supporting customers with technical troubleshooting, coordinating installs, and maintaining our in-house equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital wide format printing equipment, a customer-first mindset, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate incoming service calls and field service visits
Provide technical phone support to customers and internal staff
Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting wide format digital equipment issues
Coordinate and support equipment installations and customer training
Manage parts inventory, orders, and returns for service jobs
Perform local service calls when needed, including routine maintenance and emergency repairs
Maintain and calibrate demo room equipment to manufacturer standards
Liaise with manufacturer support teams and stay current on product updates and procedures
Document all service activities in CRM or ticketing system
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience servicing digital wide format printers or similar equipment
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Basic understanding of networking and RIP software a plus
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
Experience with Mimaki or other DTF / UV / solvent platforms is preferred
