About The Job

Sanofi Oncology aims to modernize customer engagement, delivering transformative therapies and meeting the evolving needs of oncology providers and patients. The Digital and NPP Marketing lead will develop and execute a digital-first engagement plan targeting healthcare providers (HCPs) through non-personal channels, overseeing digital content, channel optimization, and innovative digital solutions. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, US Oncology.

Main Responsibilities

Create and implement a digital engagement strategy aligned with brand objectives.

Develop digital content that resonates with HCPs and adheres to brand standards.

Manage digital platforms including websites, ads, apps, ensuring user-friendliness and engagement.

Optimize digital channels using data analytics and performance metrics.

Collaborate with omnichannel teams to ensure integrated digital efforts.

Research and pilot innovative digital engagement approaches.

Coordinate with GTMC omnichannel teams for alignment.

About You

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Experience in marketing, preferably in oncology.

Exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Proven success in customer-centric marketing and leadership.
