JOB SUMMARY : This position performs payment processing for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers with a financial background. If you enjoy working with financial information and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include : initiating and responding to requests, analyzing and completing financial activities, coordinating with internal and external partners, researching and resolving case issues, gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps, assisting customers, interacting with financial services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners, making decisions based on case information and provided documentation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Experience processing information using a computer system. Experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions. Experience communicating with others to gather information. Experience working in a financial environment or completing monetary transactions.

SUBSTITUTIONS : Relevant education may substitute on a year for year basis of the required experience.

SALARY : $38,759.88 - $45,004.08
