Adapty is a revenue management platform for mobile apps that simplifies subscription implementation and paywall management. To join our Professional Services team we are looking for a Creative Producer to manage the full-cycle production of video creatives and UGC content for mobile products. Your responsibilities will include developing creative strategies, generating ideas and scripts, tracking trends, conducting client briefings, and ensuring a high level of execution for your concepts. You will work closely with the team lead and the creative team to deliver effective and modern advertising solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Participating in client briefings in both Russian and English.
  • Developing creative strategies for video creatives and UGC content (generating ideas, hooks, writing scripts, selecting mechanics).
  • Conducting market and competitor research, identifying trends and new mechanics for projects.
  • Writing technical briefs for the creative team and UGC creators, and monitoring results against your briefs.
  • Communicating with clients : presenting concepts, reporting on results.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of produced creatives and contributing to the development of new strategies based on results.

What We Expect

  • Creativity and systematic thinking.
  • At least 2 years of experience in preparing briefs and managing clients for mobile applications of various genres.
  • Experience in developing creative strategies and writing scripts for video creatives / UGC content.
  • Skills in competitor research, identifying and implementing new trends and mechanics.
  • Ability to analyze results to further improve your scripts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
